I am working on standing up my lab Avaya Messaging 11.0 environment and noticing some pretty significant differences between AAM 7.1 and Avaya Messaging 11.0 from an Aria TUI perspective. I am trying to go through the entire TUI on Avaya Messaging so I can notate the differences. The goal is to make the user experience as similar as possible to AAM Aria TUI. Has anyone noticed these differences? I am having to use Audacity to record the AAM TUI audio and replace the original Avaya Messaging .vox files.

Here are just a few that I have had to resolve so far:
1. The Aria TUI itself is incorrect. I had to get an updated TUI from Avaya so a user has options when playing a message
2. Use Audacity to record the main Pilot AAM greeting when accessing from a cell phone. I had to create a customized Avaya Messaging Company salutation. AAM 7.1 has "Hello. To access your mailbox press # To leave a message for someone on the system enter their number." The Avaya Messaging platform has the following greeting when calling the pilot number from a cell phone "Thanks for calling our unified communication system. Please dial the extension of the person you want to speak with. For the company directory press * or for assistance stay on the line." The Avaya Messaging makes no sense as it doesn't even tell the user to press # to login.
3. I now discovered if you have fixed password length set for your mailboxes you will need to use audacity to create a customized system prompt for voicemail password resets. This is related to the reset mailbox password through UC admin. The user is greeted with "Please enter your 8 digit password". The system doesn't even tell the user that the password needs to be changed. I had to record the system prompt from AAM and replace MESS2772.vox on the voice servers.
4. Avaya Messaging added the concept of "locations." The Aria TUI is even incorrect when setting extended absence greeting. It forces the user to select "vacation" which doesn't make sense. The web interface shows "extended absence greeting" instead of "vacation."
