In MM, there is an option in "Administrative Role" called "Subscriber Access", if this role is assigned to help, so they can reset password and unlock subscriber account.
As AAM is profile based, so this option doesn't exist anymore, I only see "User Management" under "MEssaging" when creating a custom mask for Helpdesk, but this option gives full access to help desk, add/del on user. I dont want that.
