Hello all, I am new to AAM Faxing. We upgraded from CallPilot to Avaya Aura Messaging about a year ago. We do not have many user who use the faxing portion.

I am typically able to install it by running the driver install, then adding the printer as a network printer, pointing to the location and I am then prompted for the user login information.

HOWEVER, there are a couple that give me the following prompt and I don't understand why I receive it and I am unable to complete the install. It prompts me for TCP/IP Port info.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Avaya was not much help...

See attached

And what version are you using of the AAM and what operating system is giving you the error message on the port ?
