We have the 'Notify Me' option setup in our AAM email system and it works fine apart from when a caller decides to hold on after they've left a message and mark it as Sensitivity 'Private'.
Does anyone know if there a setting in AAM that prevents these recordings from being emailed?
I see in the Avaya Release notes that : Messaging users have the option of marking their voice messages Private. Voice messages marked as Private can only be accessed from the telephone, and cannot be forwarded.
Am I reading this correctly that we can't have email notification with .wav file for these recordings?
