AAM Caller Application Prompt Files

I looked and couldn't find anything on this so I'm sorry if this is a repeat. Does anyone know of a way to export the Caller Application Prompt files in a .wav format? Or at least what directory on AAM they are stored in. Thanks

i'm unclear as to why you would as that as you can only add them as a .WV file so they are on the PC that was used to upload them to the caller application the first time.

I heve same questionm, I woulkd like to download wav prompt files for BKP purpose. I digged in AAMS file system with SCP with no succes. Does someone have the full path to get the right folder.
