AAM 6.3 one VM box answers in standalone mode

Hello, I have a super weird issue on a AAM 6.3.

Calls to the extension in question cover to messaging, but AAM does not play the greeting for the activated mailbox. Instead it answers as if it doesn't recognize the extension digits. I have checked all of the settings and configs and also did stare-and-compares. I removed and rebuilt the mailbox, and restarted Messaging.

What else can be done to troubleshoot this problem?

Is this the only one that acts like this ? And is the Ext number just one off from one that works ?
