I've got the workplace client (win) to register with SM etc ok but trying to add some extra features doesn't seem to appear in the client config file.

I have the domain mapped in AADS and the users get added to a group called "AADSUsers" which is mapped in AADS to a config called "IXWorkplace" which is then published to the AD group in AADS.

I have added a new setting key for "AGENT_ENABLED" and "LICENSE_SERVER_URL" under the Global tab but they don't appear under the Group tab.

I've tried finding the latest dynamic configuration file on PLDS but they only seem to contain incremental changes between versions and not a consolidated version (I tried merging the files but the upload didn't seem to do anything)

Appreciate that Avaya has its little niggles but this is really getting on my nerves now, the documentation is truly awful for this product.

Does anybody understand AADS, as no matter what I do I can't get customer service or agent settings into the group config.

Understand your frustration. This is something I've taken back to Avaya. Larger issue is the Dynamic Configuration parameters are not being baked into the product with the next release so make sure you save all the dynamic configuration files. You'll need to import all the files for the last year at least. The 3.13_dynamicConfigUpload.txt files has invalid values so you need to look at the file and make revisions. Here is a valid file I created. Doesn't include every parameter from the original but it is correctly formatted so it will give you a starting point if you need other parameters.

The supplier installed it only as the base version of 8.0.0 so I had to upgrade it to 8.0.2 and now the settings are saving and appearing in the Group tab
