I have a 2250 console (1) that we want to go to a menu service in call pilot if the attendant is on a call and can't answer the 2nd call within 5 rings( 30 sec ).
The ATDN is "0" the LDN0 is 6611(DID) if I build a phantom of xxxx and DCFW it to the CP CDN and assign the phantom as the AADN with ATIM 0f 16, which CLID is going to follow thru to the CP, 0 or 6611, I need to know which one to put in the SDN table pointed to the MS application. External callers dial the DID xxx-xxx-6611.
