AACQ with CDN after De-acquiring 1

I have a Nortel Option 81C with Succession 3.0 and Symposium Enterprise 4.2

I just de-acquired the CDN and deleted it from Symposium but when I check it in the PBX, it still shows AACQ YES...see below. I need to use this DN can anyone help.. Can I delete this CDN

As long as CNTL is set to NO it should be ok to delete, but I'm not that familiar with Symposium.
