AACQ and CDN

Hello,

I am trying to setup a new CDN for our Symposium Express call center by copying a previously setup queue. However, AACQ does not come up. Does anyone know how to make that prompt come up?

It is auto. Once you Acquire in Sym, go back and it will be there.
