. We have CCT (20 licenses) installed for use with Avaya Aura Agent Desktop. It looks as though an agent logged into multiple CDN’s consumes multiple CCT licenses. An example would be 1 agent logged into 6 CDN’s would use 1 for Telephone and 6 for each CDN. Have not had any luck yet with Avaya or ATAC. I would think this is wrong (Should only consume 1 CCT per voice agent only) and a patch will be needed for correction.
