We have had a problem on our AACC Server since we upgraded to the latest Patch level.
Agents are getting logged out of there softphone at random times. ( the physical phone stay logged in)
They receive a message stating they are out of service and then they are logged out.
they can be on a call and only once the call is ended it logs out the user.
It will not drop calls which is good.
Any ideas ?
there are not drops in the network.
