Working on AACC.6.3 SP10
Basically in the CCMS set up i have configured various not ready reason codes , the problem is these are not mapped to WFO so for adherance purposes the WFO reporting is out , it appears WFO is seeing the first default nrrc which is 000 then not seeing any other inputs the agent makes due to them not being configured in WFO.
So two questions to prove my theory can anybody provide a link to or tell me with custom nrrc what the string output will be from AACC and where i can view this in a database , the second is has anybody else come across this issue with WFO and are able to point me in the right direction on where to configure that.
