I have a script that plays a menu recording and if no choices are made off the menu, it goes to a secondary script to go to a hold_loop. To do this, I put a transfer to a CDN off the menu for "rotary". My issue is that there is 1 ring that people here when it transfers to the CDN. How can I get rid of the 1 ring? Thank you.

Hi,

Not sure what you are doing here, but "rotary" sounds like CallPilot and not AACC. If so, reconsider your configuration.

Use Access ports in CallPilot and AACC for your menu stuff and do all call routing in AACC and not in CallPilot. Access is there for a reason.

If you get your calls in CallPilot and if CallPilot does a transfer to AACC CDN's there is no way to get rid of the ringback because a CDN always "rings" before AACC answers...

If Bill Gates had a nickel for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait, he does...

Yes, it's a Callpilot transfer from the menu. Thank you for your input.
