I'm new to AACC and want to re-route calls off premise based on ANI (calling number), possibly thousands of numbers. Does AACC support database queries to access a customer table and then route the call based on the certain criteria? If so, what components are required to facilitate? Is there another option in AACC that I should consider for this?

Not played with it for a long time but AACC Admin Manual look at the HAI Service
