First, I would like to say this forum has been a huge help over time to solve problems and point me in the right direction when I had no idea where to turn. Talented people on this forum!! I wanted to see if anyone is using/experienced a cloud based IVR with AACC. We are in the process of adding an IVR solution and they want to use Landing Pad in AACC. I haven't had much luck in finding detailed setup/call flow information on Landing Pad. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
