Is there a way to create a user that has access to just the Configuration option in the AACC system?

I created a profile in Access and Partition Management. In the Launch Pad Options section, I selected just Configuration. In the Partitions section, I removed the check mark from the box in front of Full Data Across All Servers. In the Standard and Reporting Agents section, I selected Configure in the field that begins with the current server name of the AACC system.

When I log in with the user id and password, the plus sign in front of the server name does not appear so I can not see all of the menu options.

My goal is to create a user who has access to just the Configuration section so they can view the status of the voice ports; acquired or not.

If you want to give them full access to the configuration then just tick configuration in the launchpad options then that is the only link they will see.

If you want to restrict what they can perform in configuration you could add an access class and assign it to the user

Partitions are not really used in this case so could leave it at full. Its normally used to assign Skillsets, Applications, Agents, etc. to a group so that the administrator of that part of the Contact Centre can only see data specific to them.

I got it working! Thank you very much and enjoy the rest of the week.
