Hi,

I have written a script within AACC but i have hit a issue that i'm unsure where to go with.

We require the customer to enter there customer ID but i then need this displayed to the agent is that possible?

so the Customers ID would captured in a Global variable but how do you then display this to the customer.....

i have looked in the documentation but found nothing useful..
