AACC does not see new phones built in CS1K

We built phones in the cs1k exactly the same as existing phones that are in production and work.
When I go to the AACC configuration phone sets and port it does not see them in order to acquire them as type:agent. I can acquire them manually as type:voice port but not as agent. Agent is not even an option.
I suspect session mangers asm is not working?

The TN does not show up automatically, you have to add the TN as "Not Voice Port" then you can acquire it, once acquire, it will show as agent or supervisor depending on how it's built.
