Hi all,

If the ACDN must be added on AACC to allow agent receive call according to its skill set ,
i wonder if this rule is also valuable for outbound call capability for any new agent, because any of TN agents previously created do not have this ability to make outbound calls, they were just created for testing, however, TN acquired, login ID successful, just this sample training as a LAB and not associated on any skillset, therefore cannot received calls,i want it this way. Now i want to switch on outbound call feature for agent , i printed out the phones parameters and their have the correct CLS associated with, but when they try to make outbound call, "Release and Try Again"

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks !

First, you do not need to add the ACDN to AACC to allow agent to receive skillset calls.

2nd - Outbound calling is controlled by CLS and NCOS/TGAR. Make sure you're dialing from a DN key and not key 0. Look at phone that can dial out and compare the CLS and NCOS/TGAR to the non-working.

I have seen this, and you may want to post in Symposium forum, but I think there is an option to not allow outbound calls unless the agent is logged in. I have not programmed this, but have heard about this option.

The only difference on both are with the line on bold that i can modify, but you can see the CLS,TGAR and NOCS are the same.
Please post any suggestion !!!

Thanks !

Are both agents logged in?

I agree with janaya above that there is a setting which will not allow outbound calls unless the agent is logged in, however, I too have forgotten what the prompt is.

Thanks !
I tried calling out while the agent is login in and not login in,and no success.

Other suggestion,

In the meantime let check pf what is that feature.

Thanks !

go into LD 23 and print your ACDN

Look for the prompt RDNA and see if it is yes or no

Yes means that agents have to log in make outgoing calls

Hello @jaxuser,
cannot localized the RDNA info,

go into LD 23 and

req: PRT
type: ACD

then do same for 3500

look for RDNA prompt in each....

,
Ok that's mean all agents associated with this ACDN will not have the ability for external call_
However, other ACDN also show the same parameter, although they are able to make outbound call...

Let's stay beside of this, the ACDN 3000 is for testing and i really want to learn how to give this ACDN the ability to make external calls,
do you have an idea ?

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks !

The differences I see are: ERL on test phone and production phone; test CDN does not seem to be acquired.

another thing - on your test scenerio, chech the HOML prompt.

Exact,

However, i have read that only the TGAR _ NOCS and CLS are responsible to allow agent make outbound call,
That's why i pointed my focus on the CDN aquired, you know what, i will make a test with a CDN already aquired that has ACDN associated with, thank for advise ... I will see what's going on .

Any suggestion,

Thanks !
