AACC AAAD phonebook and Agent Statistic not working with voice contact type

Hi,

I installed an AACC 7.1
When we used the AAAD, the phonebook is in grey even the Agent statistic could not appear the skillset.
I configured already the LDAP into the Multimedia and test it and it's working.

When i'm using the email contact type the agent statistic it's working but not the phonebook.

The aim is to use only the voice contact type.
How could activate the phonebook and agent statistic for AAAD
