AACC 7.0.1.0 GA patch installation problem

I try to install the AACC 7.0.1.0 in the VM. I find the AACC just hang when I try to install the GA patch via update Manager or "AvayaReleasePackinstaller" What will cause this problem ?

I'd recommend installing the latest ISO 7.1.2.1 and associated patches rather than 7.0.1.0, which is rather old.
Same license as all 7.x releases apply.
