AACC 6.3 - Agent login failed because the Passive Terminal is null

Hello AACC 6.2 Admin,

I keep get this error when agent login to the AACC CCT.

Agent login failed because the Passive Terminal is null, please ensure a terminal is associated with the Agent.

I double check and everything is correct from the TN, agent ID and workstation assignment. I even delete the Terminals from CCT Administation and re-add, make sure all information still correct.
But still get the same error. I am looking for advises. Please let me know if you can point me some direction how to fix this issue.

Try restarting the OAMCMF_Service on CCMS. It will knock everyone off, so after hours only.
