We are running AACC 6.2 CCT, I have added many new users to CCT that are currently utilizing CCT for screen POPs from our CRM App. CCT is performing just fine, but, when I start the both Ref Client and OI Ref Client for SOA, they only shows some of the original TN's that I had added during testing. How can I refresh the Clients to show all active CCT user's TN's?
I know that multiple users are actively using CCT, they don’t show as active on either Client.
