I've got an AACC 6.2 system that was recently installed. The IVR greetings, hold messages, etc. were working fine but just died out of the blue today. Is there a service or something I can easily / quickly restart to get them back online or will I need to do the usual "Step 1.) Reboot AACC server. Step 2.) Reboot Call Pilot server."?
