AACC 6.2 historical reporting question

AACC 6.2 with MultiMedia (email)

Is it possible to run a historical report that gives information about how many EM Contacts an agent has put on reschedule?

No, there is a database item 'ContactLastAction' which logs if a Contact is Rescheduled but that is a snapshot and is overwritten after the next 'Last Action'.
