AACC 6.2 60 CDN in and end in 5 skills.

HI

I need some help, if i got 60 CDN incoming numbers, and want all of them to end i 5 different skill set and the customer want to count both Calls arrived and calls answered on each number, what would be the best way to do it, i don't want to end up with 60 different skill set.

My ide is something like this "Contact Router" CDN > Application > new CDN > Skillset. Where the Application handling all the incoming calls from the Contact Router.

But i am open for any suggest.

You can route the 60 CDN's to 5 different skills (via 5 applications) and run a 'DNIS Statistics' or 'CDN (Route Point) Statistics' report to show # offered and # answered.
