AAC release 9

Hi it is avaya aura conference solution release 8 installed at site, i am facing two issues
First issue is that i am not able to load the Web page, it always shows Java error and the error message says to download Java, i tired multiple download but it is still showing the same error.
Second query is that
I have lost the sysadmin (CLI Login using console) password, is there a way to reset or change password???

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
Resetting password?
What have you tried?

Login as one of the other users and su to root?
Restart system in single user mode and reset password?
Use correct user name? (It's not sysadmin by default)
Call Avaya?

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
 
No user password is working, i tried nothing. It was pre installed by someone and working ok till a week ago, after dialing the DN of AAC we were getting silent, then we restarted it and after that we are getting release and Try error. The AAC is on LOGIN prompt after resetting. In SMGR the AAC status is down, i tried accept new services but still AAC link is down.

A week of downtime on a conferencing? I'd be too embarrassed to show my face in the office. probably the only reason I'd get in the door would be to pick up my P45


However....

You have a couple of options

Call someone? Maybe they have the passwords?
