AAAD 6.3 no signature settings

Hello!
Users noticed that there are no signature settings at their Avaya Aura Agent Desktop anymore. Instead of this setting's field an empty area. I guess Windows 10 could be a reason for that. Does anybody use old version AAAD 6.3 on Win10 or maybe already met with this issue?
