AA2 Routing to Operator

We want the following configuration

System is Setup as a Key System. POTS lines. Merlin Magix 3. Merlin Messaging 3.

AA1
Day Configuration
- pick up after 4 rigs
- line 801, 802, 803
- Operator Ext. 10
- Rings in ext 10, 11, 12, 13, 14
Night Service turn on <- no delayed answering

AA2
Day Configuration
- pick up after 5 rigs
- line 805, 806, 807
- Operator Ext. 16
- Rings in ext 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
Night Service turn on <- no delayed answering

Everything in AA1 is working fine. However, when anyone calls through lines 805, 806, 807 the calls rings in the righ extensions but when the AA picks up, it says the call is being routed to the operator instead of AA2 picking up and both extension 10 & 16 ring at the same time, which in turn does not allow the Voice Mail to pick up.

1. How do I stop the calls coming for the AA2 to be routed to the operator and go through the AA2 announcements?

2. How do I stop extensions 10 from ringing through when calls from AA2 are being routed to the default operator extension?

I have gone an defined ext. 16 as Operator of the AA2 and I have defined the Group Calling with the proper delay, assigned the proper lines and overflow. The same with the merlin messanging (assigned lines and right default operator for AA2)

Another extra information is that when the night service is on, the call gets routed to the appropiate AA. However, I think this is because the VM system is what is routing the call not the phone system.

Any help on this? During day time, both AA overflow to the operator. The calling groups have been setup to pickup after 20 secs and to overflow to the Voice Mail.
