aa trnsfer to guest phone after hours.

I have a customer with merlin magix system who has several guest phone with out mail boxes. I need to be able to call into the auto attendant and dial these extension, at this time it says that extension does not exist. Do I need to put these in call group 30? Any help would be appreciated. They do need to be in group 30. I assume you have Merlin Messaging, if so, go in under the admin and go to option 2 for extensions. Enter the extension to add, then instead of pressing 1 to create a mailbox, press 2 to set up the extension as transfer only. This will allow the AA to transfer the call, but not attach a mailbox.

Actually, if the do not have mailboxes, they should not be in group 30. That would cause calls to these extensions to cover back to voice mail, where there is no mailbox.
