R.7 processor / 1 308 ec / R.5 PMVS / 5 slot carrier.

I have selector code "5" set up to transfer to my call group "2" / ext. "72". The system was transfering perfectly to the extensions in group "2". Now when the caller selects option 5 the AA says "your call is being transfered", it gives an abbreviated ring and says "your call is being transfered to the receptionist". Then it only rings to extension 10. It's like extension 10 has been assigned to call cover for ext. 72 but I've checked that, and it does not seem to be the case. Any suggestions???? Thanks in advance for your help.

Check ALL extensions to see if they are in hunt group 7 under #505. Sounds like there might be extensions other than the voicemail in #505.

dial intercom 72, what happens.
