AA Transfer to 2 Operators

Have a Merlin Legend with 2 operators. and the auto attendant answers all calls. Currently when you select to speak to the operator or zero out of the AA, it transfers out to ony one of the operators. Is it possible to have it ring to both?

you could program an immediate cover button for the operator that does ring on the other operators phone.

from phone that doesn't ring press menu - more - prog, press button you want to program, press list, press more until you see cover, press cover, choose primary - enter, then enter extension number.

I failed to mention that the operator positions are set up as QCC.

You can't cover a QCC operator. What type voice mail?

Not knowing QCC's very well at all, can you change the 0-out to 800, the LDN for the QCC operators?

0 or 800 ldn is the extension for the QCC queue so it will put it in queue , not ring both at the same time

Changing the 0 time out to 800 will work to ring both QCC operators, it will not ring both at the same time but will send to the operator that has been most idle. This is how QCC operator works (calls go to most idle).
