I have 2 Call Pilot 150's at 2 locations, same problem. I have a CCR tree built that works properly. It's a 1-6 including transfers to both extensions and Hunt groups(departments). My problem is when it transfers a call and no one answers, the system disconnects the caller. We don't utilize VM, so I tried setting up to transfer unanswered calls to the office, but instead they get a "The person you have called is not available, exiting the system, goodbye" and it hangs up. I can't seem to get around that. I need the unanswered call to go either back to the AA or to the 'office'
