Is there a way to have the AA transfer directly to a specific mailbox? I have an ACS R8 with the VM small card. I tried setting up a selector code but I can only figure out how to transfer to an extension not directly to the voicemail. Right now I have it set up to press 5 and be transferred to extension 10 but it just keeps ringing and then goes to the transfer return extension. I want to be able to press 5 and go directly to the voicemail box for extension 10.

Nope. If you hit DND on the phone, it will go right away (assuming the other VM port is free), or set the VMS Coverage Rings to 1, it will ring once and cover. Or upgrade to Partner Messaging, where one of the Selector Code options is mailbox transfer.
