Multiple BCM450 R5 Networked across H.323 using MCDN

Call into system A, AA answers, dial extension on local system with no problem.

Dial extension on remote system and get back message that you have entered and invalid extension.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You will need to make sure you have a route and destination code to the remote site. And make sure you have allow redirect allowed on each of the sets.

It works if I dial it from a station.

If I dial into system A and get the Auto Attendant, "Thanks for calling ABC Company..." and I dial an extension on system B (from the Auto Attthendant in system A) I get back a message that the person I have called is unavailable.

MCDN yes.

There is a seperate QSIG license that needs to be purchased or installed? I have used QSIG licensing many times on larger systems but did not realize there was anything available on the smaller BCMs.

You need to set up the CDP that way the AA will see the other system as part of the Network.

I feel dumb.

On one system on the voicemail DN dialing was not allowed.

Problem resolved.

Thanks Valerie1 for your input.

Hawks thank you too. Did not see you had posted until I posted the last one.
