AA Strange answer

I have a Merlin Legend, two consoles, 6 incoming lines. After making a change to try fixing one problem another one has cropped up. When the AA answers, it does not play the proper recorded message, but instead I get " one, one, is not available". If I take the 6 incoming lines off of ext 11 and leave them on ext 10, the Aa and night answer work properly, but ext 11 is not usable.

Any ideas on this?

Using WINSPM 9.0 I was moving the lines in the personal lines screen.

Key or Hybrid mode? Lines in pools or assigned as "private" lines? What change did you make prior to the problem coming up?

Lines are in one pool. I believe hybrid mode, but I am not certain. I am not at the location now. I believe I fixed the problem though, in the Merlin Voice mail the mailbox for extension 11 had a class of service of 3. When I changed it to 15 things started working again.

I am not sure how the class of service got changed. Only problem I have now is that both consoles do not get an auto line select. I believe that should be easy to fix.
