AA straight to voicemail?

Hi there--

Thanks for your help in the past.

My last problem is this:

AA in Night Service works great. Yeah!

AA in day service does not. It picks up as it's supposed to, but then it goes straight to the voicemail of mailbox #10. It doesn't play the day menu.

Again, night works fine. Day goes straight to voicemail of mailbox #10.

Help? :)
