Because of other problems I was having, have replaced our Merlin Legend's processor (R2->R7) and thus started from scratch. I thought I had everything set up correctly, but about half the time when people call from the outside, or when you try to access the VM internally, the AA does not properly pickup, but there is instead a long, piercing tone, like a data signal for a fax. Don't know how long it continues, but never heard the end of it - it's painful.
Any idea what the problem is? This is with a 007MLM from before the most recent upgrade, which has on the whole done us pretty well. Is there some kind of call handoff setting that needs to be tweaked? Works some of the time, for instance, after a party gets the tone, they always get in on the second attempt?!?! Thanks guys! Setup is as follows.
Much appreciated!
James
