I am trying to set up AA on Merlin Legend w/ Legend Mail.

I Have Selector codes as follows:

SC 1 - Action 1 (SC transfer) to 771
SC 2 - Action 1 (SC transfer) to 771
SC 3 - Action 2 (SC transfer) to 1
SC 4 - Action 1 (SC transfer) to 772
SC 5 - Action 1 (SC transfer) to 118
SC 6 - Action 1 (SC transfer) to 771

I am expecting that when the SC goes to 771 and no one answers the extension that got the call should answer with mailbox? Instead it just keeps ringing.

Does transfer to group mean the call wont be answered by an individual mailbox. DO I have to have a group Mailbox 771 ?

I hope this makes sense , 2 am at it for 4 hours ...

That depends on how you have the group configured. Most likely you will need to add a group MB for 771. This has probably been covered in previous posts. You should do some searching on the forum. Otherwise post a print of the calling group 771.

Did lots of searching ... but thank you for the most likely part. I will try creating a mailbox next.

Wanted to post an update just for the other noobs like me. Creating the mailbox for 771 solves the problem I had. Also I put 770 as the Overflow Coverage Calling Group Number.

Funny my question seems so basic merely 2 weeks later.
