Help!

We built an auto attendant in Call Pilot and the "0" goes to the attendant console. We took the LDN that was the DID off (made it an ACD queue NCFW to VM) and made LDN0 "0". When the console is already on a call and someone zeroes out of the AA they get a CP recording saying that their call cannot be completed at this time. We tried giving the console a different LDN and then changing the attendant in the menu to match the new LDN and it still doesn't work. When we internally just dial 0 when the console is busy we go to a RAN and then stay on hold until the operator can pick us up and that's what we want to happen when they 0 out of the main menu!

Any ideas? Thanks!

Check the Rstriction/Permission List in CP. 0 is probably restricted.

Sorry...too fast. The new LDN that 0 directs to is probably restricted.
