I have This Programmed:
Extensions>More>Grp Calling>Line/Pool>Merlin Msg Ext.[770]>Enter>Trunk 801>Enter

When i call the AA Trunk 801 the system says hold while i transfer you to the operator.

What am I missing?
Thanks

It could be tons of issues, one, is your vm calling group set up for Intergrated VMI....Extensions-->more-->grp calling-->more-->group type.I'm assuming this is already done, 2, check your auto-attd routing in your vm. If you have an intuity, {disp auto routing}...make sure 801 is assigned to the business schedule...if you have a messaging, this should be default.

Make sure that line id 801 is assigned to a specific autoattendant in the VMS, and that the appropriate message is recorded and activated for that autoattendant.
