AA question 1

Hi my name is Snakeroot and I'm.... oh wait.. not that AA.

This may be a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway just in case
I was just wondering if there's a way to call a backline, reach an AA and at this point dial out to another number?

Yes build a CCR tree to a path that transfers externaly.
It is then assigned to a greeting table then the line.

I would have to define which outside number to call at setup though right? I'm wondering if there's away to outdial to any outside number from the AA at the time I call the AA?

No, but DISA DN with a COS password, and Remote Access Packages defined, would accomplish the same thing.
