AA only picks up on lines 1 and 2 not on 3 and 4

Where do I tell my Merlin Mail VM System Release 3 and MLX-20L console to use AA to answer all 4 of my lines? I have 4 separate phone numbers coming in to the system. Most people dial only our "main" number. When lines 1 and 2 are in use - the others simply ring and ring...

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

What I cannot understand is which numbers to put in there. When I "inspect" the members - 7124 and 7125 are listed. I need 4 lines answered, so I added 7126 and 7127. It worked. I remain very confused - but at least it works. Now if my direct line transfer would be consistent...

The "members" that you inspected are the extension numbers of the Voice Mail. In fact, if you added extension number that are not actual physical voice mail ports, you need to back them out.

Then as merlinman posted, go to:

extensions > group calling > (GROUP NUMBER) Lines/Pools

Do an inspect there. You will see the line numbers that are currently answered. Line have numbers like 801, 802, 803, 804, etc. You will probably see 801 and 802 assigned, then you back up and add 803 and 804.
