OK, AA is not picking up the target line associated with the main BTN. The target line is 217 and I have 4 appearances of it on a m7324. When calls come in on that main number The calls go directly to the general delivery mailbox. I have the startalk to answer the line "217" after 3 rings, and gen del to answer after 4 rings. I checked the operator status aswell, all is fine. I have tried eveything I know to do, but AA will not pick up. The main cabinet is a 032 with 6.1 with a PRI, I do not know what the Startalk is.
everything else is working fine did calls go to the individual voicemails after 4 rings. people can get messages reply, the whole nine yards.
Can anyone think Of what I could be missing. that would not let AA pick up the target line. I did go into lines and it is set to answer target line 217.
