I have a customer that uses an AA for all incoming calls. They have found that when someone calls in and hits ## the calls goes to one particular extension everytime. What is causing this and how can I redirect these ## calls to some other extension.

TIA

The system is interpreting the first # as a request for the company directory and the second # as the selection of the first name within the company directory.

You will have to turn off the directory to block this.

I'm assuming that the calling party should be pressing ** instead of ## because they are wanting to reach the VM system to check their mail?
