AA not passing calls?

Basically when someone calls the main number and press 1 (for parts) we hear a beeping noise (sounds like someone is holding down a number key) and the caller can't hear anything. So the call is coming through and the auto attendant picks up but then when the #1 is pressed something happened. Of course it is intermittent which makes it more frustrating and harder to pinpoint.

The phone rings here like normal but once the customer service rep picks up the call that is when they hear the beep (a solid tone like someone is holding down on a button). The person calling hears nothing or static.

BCM 4.02.03 patched until dec 2011.

PRI service provider says not in their system.
 
Could be the DTI card. Check the clocking that is set to primary.
 
It should be primary and if you are clocking off of the CO that is the Master.
