AA Not Answering Line one

I have a client that has a CICS 5.0, Norstar light, the AA does not answer line 1, but it answer line 2,3,4. Line 1,2,3,4 is set to answer lines. Call in on line 1, main line, after 4 rings it answer and a message (your call can not be answer at this time, good bye) and hangs up. AA answer after 1st ring on line 2,3,4 with out any problems.
It answered the line before.

If you remove the answering of line 1 does the call ring in correctly? Also, do you have line 1 setup to be answered by the same "Greeting Table" as the other lines?
