I am working on a BCM 200 4.0 system.
When I changed the IP as requested by the customer, I rebooted for it to take affect. When the system came up I had no voice responses whatsoever from voicemail. The AA would answer with no voice. Knowing the call tree I could navigate and get tranferred to an extension so I knew something was working.
After much troubleshooting, I did a restore to factory default. I have everything reprogrammed, I can see the lines hitting via BCM monitor, but AA is not answering even though I think I have it set correctly to answer the lines. Now I do have voice responses from call pilot mailboxes that were not there before the restore. I can also call out with no problems.
The incoming lines are only 4 analog trunks via a 4x16. I verified the system sees lines 211-214 as they are listed as active lines, I selected in AA to answer those lines after 2 rings, with table 1. Table 1 appears to be set up correctly using CCR tree 1 for all times of the day.
What am I missing?
