I'm new to Avaya Red, I've always worked on Avaya Blue.
Anyway, I built a new phone in CM with a coverage path to AAM. I built a voice mail box. When I dial the new extension and it forwards no answer to voice mail I get the generic voice mail greeting, please enter your number and password. I don't get my personnel greeting. I don't think it sees my new extension, 4100.
Other extensions work fine. I did a stare and compare and they look the same. I know it's a setting somewhere else.
